About AAPCO

Mission Statement
Our mission is to represent State Pesticide Control Officials in the development, implementation, and communication of sound public policies and programs related to the sale, application, transport, and disposal of pesticides.

By-Laws

Uniform Policies
The Uniform Policies are designed primarily for the guidance of State Pesticide Control Officials in those states which have adopted the Uniform State Pesticide Act, but should be used by other state officials insofar as their statutes will permit.
